TGI... Thanksgiving!

TGIF

Yes, we’re (still) in the midst of a pandemic… but (apparently) you (still) just can’t “shelter” stupid… look at what has (still) happened to these guys and gals…

In Cleveland, Ohio, an unnamed man walked into the Nighttown bar here, ordered a beer, and left a generous tip. No, really. Pretty awesome.

Rats! Literally. It’s 2020, after all.

In Washington, DC, a Thanksgiving Day ad that hits a little too close to “home”…

In Manchester, Massachusetts, Joseph Castro Del Rio, 33, was charged with criminal threatening and resisting arrest as part of a protest here… but he’s “here” because of an interesting choice in facial hair…

In Toronto, Canada, law enforcement officials pulled over a vehicle with some expired license plates… Now, what with the pandemic and all, it’s entirely possible that the individual just hadn’t been able to get to the DMV… Wait… for how long?

Here’s how not to load a tank (yes, I said a tank) onto a railroad car…

Near West Yorkshire, UK, an unnamed 18-year-old man collided with another car… but then went off course further… and “left” with a little extra “souvenir”… and yes, we have a picture!

In Bend, Oregon, Oregon Peirson Tone was experiencing depression as a result of his failing marriage… so he went to his family physician (Ronald Rosen)… who counseled him on ways to improve his marriage… and prescribed him mari.juana and CBD… but whatever good that might have done, it apparently wasn’t enough to overcome… this…

Near Nephi, Utah, Cory Roy White, 43, was reported driving northbound on Interstate 15… in the southbound lanes… and doing so at 110 mph at one point during the pursuit by Utah Highway Patrol troopers… the trooper was (eventually) able to perform a pit maneuver… and stop Cory… who had a most unusual explanation for his driving (and speeding) irregularities…

And finally, as you make preparations for Thanksgiving, an excerpt from what may well be the funniest TV episode ever about the holiday:

This, however, is a close second (and perhaps not as widely appreciated):

Hope you all have a great—and safe—Thanksgiving—and for many of you (and us), a long weekend, folks!

See you back here on Monday!
