In Moorhead, North Dakota, Connor Halsa…just days away from his freshman year at Moorhead High School…was out fishing on Lake of the Woods…when he got what he thought was a “huge fish”…but wasn’t…. it was, however, “huge”…

And now for the main “events”:
In Nixa, Missouri, Patricia Williams, 42, is being held for arson and other warrants after an “incident”…according to a probable cause report, police arrived at the scene and saw smoke coming from the back door with people standing out front…smoke that was from a fire that Patricia allegedly started… what’s unusual is the method she chose to do so…
In Hayward, California, an unnamed man was pulled over for an equipment violation…but then proceeded to flee… driving through a red light…before turning onto the next street…the officer chose to circumvent the escape, but kept an eye on him, and—assisted by a second officer—was able to detain the man…what’s weird is what they then found in his car… including…a Chucky mask?
In Beverly Hills, California, a group of at least three unnamed individuals broke into a local store here, and made a “hair-raising” escape with $200,000 worth of…what?
In Fairfax County, Virginia, an as-yet-unnamed individual (estimated to be between 28 and 32), walked into a McDonald’s here around 8 a.m. …pulled a knife…and took off with an undisclosed amount of money… he was accompanied, however, by an unusual trio of accomplices… and yes, we have pictures…
Near Jacksonville, Florida, an American Airlines flight from Miami to New York was forced to make an emergency landing…after a passenger went to apply her hand lotion/sanitizer…and instead grabbed…
And finally, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, an unnamed (albeit allegedly inebriated) individual (apparently) drove his SUV off the road…managed to get out…and walk home…but the next morning, the man and his wife realized their vehicle was missing… well, now it’s been found….a year later…
