TGIF…No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek …and yet, there’s no shortage of…well, just look at what happened to these guys and gals…

First, some odds and ends…

In Glen Falls, New York, the local Fire Department received a call about a “confirmed structure fire”…following which they rushed to the spot…only to find…well, an incredibly realistic set of Halloween decorations…and yes, we have video…

Wonder why they didn’t see that one coming…

There are some things you shouldn’t need to remind people about… like this…

Now THAT’S an awkward moment…

Ever wondered what happens to your luggage after you check it in at the airport?  Well, thanks to Kaz Sawyer… who came up with the clever idea of recording the full journey of his suitcase, from the check-in desk to the luggage belt in arrivals… well, we have an answer…well, a partial answer, anyway…

And now for the main “events”:

In Summerfield, Florida, James William Jubane, 56, and his neighbor had a dispute of sorts…sufficient to draw the attention of law enforcement…and then, while they were still on the scene, James began to dial 911…at which point the deputies informed him that if they had concerns, they should contact their supervisor…rather than 911…but then…repeatedly over the next two days…James did…this…

In Glasgow, Scotland, Brian Morrison, 53, was driving his new electric car one recent Sunday…when it suffered a "catastrophic malfunction”… when…this…happened ...

In Vinita Park, Missouri, Stephanie Boyd, 38, got into an argument with her husband…but then drove away…but now she’s been charged with first-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest by fleeing… so, how did THAT happen?...

In Bloomfield Township, Michigan, Jacob Vore, 40, burst into a local house here about 3 am one recent morning… claiming he was being chased by…huh?

And finally, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, law enforcement arrived at the scene of a crash allegedly caused by one Michele R. Miller, 55, whose truck plowed into an SUV, …causing a chain reaction involving four vehicles…but by the time law enforcement arrived…well, Michele… who was showing signs of driving under the influence… did this…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks! Monday’s a holiday for some—but not for us… see you then!
