TGIF…No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek …and yet, there’s (still) no shortage of…well, just look at what happened to these guys and gals…

Image: Shutterstock.comIn White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Kelly Witter has been getting some unexpected packages from Target…a LOT of unexpected packages from Target… a ridiculously large number of unexpected packages from Target… how many? I thought you’d never ask….

Wikipedia, wrapped. Here are 2023’s most-viewed articles on the internet’s encyclopedia. ChatGPT was #1—but #2 may surprise you…

In Waukesha, Wisconsin, an unnamed 57-year-old woman found out—the hard way—that you aren’t supposed to wear metal when undergoing examination in a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine.

And now for the main “events”:

In Sacramento, California, law enforcement officials have got a new program going—designed to—and, apparently effective at, nabbing “porch pirates.”

In Genoa Township, Michigan, an unnamed 62-year-old woman strolled into a local Wal-Mart…loaded up a shopping cart with about $730 worth of goods…and ran through the self-checkout there…but she failed to take a certain “environmental” consideration into account…

In Stenlille, southern Denmark, an unnamed man came up with a unique method of warming the electric vehicle batteries for their car… that said, and for what now seem to be obvious reasons, local law enforcement are discouraging the practice…

In Bow, New Hampshire, police received a report of a vehicle operating erratically…which then hit the center median…before ricocheting across all lanes…hitting another vehicle…then into the woods…where it hit several trees and caught on fire…and then…this…

Chelsea Steiniger, 31, currently faces a total of 21 charges in Buckingham County Circuit Court…ranging from identity theft to drug possession…and she’s considered one of Virginia’s “most arrested” women… because she has racked up…how many arrests?

In Benicia, California, an unnamed driver was pulled over with what has been described as an “very obviously forged license plate”… and that wasn’t the only problem…and yes, we have pictures…

And finally, in St. Louis, Missouri, Romel S. Taylor, 37, has been charged with 38 felonies and three misdemeanors…including counts of first and second-degree robbery, 10 counts of second-degree burglary, 16 counts of first-degree property damage, 12 counts of stealing and one count of armed criminal action…and you’ll never guess over what time period these (all) occurred.

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
