In Clearwater, Florida, Jessica Beatty, 42, was subject to random testing as a stipulation of release terms related to a December 28 arrest… for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license….on top of a lengthy rap sheep with numerous cocaine convictions and related incarceration terms… but for that test, she showed up with what was described as a “fraudulent urine sample”… and you’ll never guess where it came from…
