TGIF. No, Really.

TGIF

Without question, this has been another rough week—all of us affected in one way or another, and many suffering loss of life and loved ones. I hope you’re well, and safe—and offer the following in hopes that it will provide a brief respite in your day at this critical time…

In Las Cruces, New Mexico, an unnamed woman driving a brown Honda CRV ran a red light… clipping the 2012 white Ford Focus of Sky Blue, 22… After both vehicles came to a stop… the aforementioned unnamed driver of the CRV exited her vehicle… threw a roll of paper towels down the road… and then things got weird…

In Fort Pierce, Florida, an unnamed man… after arriving “home from the hospital” one recent Saturday afternoon… got into a verbal argument with Shadae Miranda, 30, with whom he shared a room at a Travel Inn here… Now, the unnamed man reportedly moved to “deescalate” the situation, gathering some of his belongings and stepping outside the room… where he ended up sitting in a lawn chair… That apparently wasn’t far enough for Shadae… who escalated things in a most unusual way…

In Crowley, Louisiana, local law enforcement wanted to alert the local citizenry of an upcoming curfew… so they drove around town, and broadcast an alarm sound… though it probably shouldn’t have been this alarm sound…

In Gainesville, Georgia, Joan Sheffield, 67, married for 34 years, is counting her blessings this week… not because of any exposure to the Coronavirus… well, not directly…

In Eugene, Oregon, an unnamed man and woman got into an argument in a U-Haul parking lot here… and at some point, the man—who was in a vehicle—threw a lit firework at the woman… who ducked… as the firework burst into sparks… and the man drove away…. However, unbeknownst to the couple, there was a thief… underneath one of the other U-Hauls… stealing gas… and yes, sparks from the fireworks… flew… near the gasoline… and four of the U-Hauls… but that wasn’t the end of it…

And finally, in Los Angeles, California, Coronavirus-quarantined Cory Pendergast, 42, asked his wife, Emily Pendergast, 33, to fill the gap in home “maintenance”… as he asked for “just a trim”… The result? A reminder that you should “not try this at home”… and yes, we not only have pictures, we have… video

Have a great weekend, folks! Happy Passover, Happy Easter.. Again, stay safe, stay well, wash those hands—our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those on the frontlines of the pandemic.
