TGIF. No, Really.

TGIF

There may (still) be a pandemic going on… and yet, just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

In Monroe County, Florida, Reena Patel Sanders, 38, was speeding down US-1 in her Lexus SUV… and didn’t respond when a deputy turned on his lights and siren… led him on a chase, almost crashed at one point, fishtailed… before he was able to box in her vehicle… then it got weird

In Dundee, UK, Nikki Halkerston, was unpacking her week’s groceries…. when she was stunned to see…

In DeBary, Florida, Anthony Vullo, 55, had some issues with a yard sign put out by his 48-year-old neighbor… no, not so much what it said (though it was a political sign)… but where it said it…

In Bangor, Maine, Benjamin Parker, attempted to carjack a family’s vehicle… which turned out to be unsuccessful… but not for a lack of trying…

In San Antonio, Texas, two unnamed men were involved in an attempted robbery… which drew the attention of deputies… who tried to follow and arrest the suspects… who, in turn, wound up ditching their getaway vehicle… opting instead for a truck that was in for service at a nearby garage… but that attempt was thwarted by the son of the woman who owned the truck… leaving them to grab another car that was in for an oil change… though it ended up being pretty easy to track down…

Near Tarpon Springs, Florida, Heather Smith, 48, got into an argument with her husband while on their cabin cruiser boat near Rooker Island in the Gulf of Mexico… and this is one woman you really don’t want to… well, read for yourself…

In Saxton, Pennsylvania, Stephen Heath, 49, and an unnamed friend apparently had a regular game of pointing unloaded guns at each other… I’ll bet you can see where this is going…

In Tokyo, Japan, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Shigeru Ban has turned his attention to a problem that has long plagued municipal planners…

Remember the story of the Hatfields and the McCoys? Apparently there’s a Canadian version… and it’s a doozy…

And finally, near Westphalia, Missouri, the Penecostal Bridge crosses the Maries River here… and has a posted weight limit of five tons… enter a truck carrying feed… some 40,000 pounds worth, all told… do the math…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
