And finally, in Erie, Pennsylvania, David Schubert, 26, was spotted driving the wrong way about 3:30 am… and when officers tried to pull David over… well, David refused to stop and sped off… Law enforcement gave chase… and were finally able to stop him… although even then, David refused to exit the vehicle… and then proceeded to speed towards the officers… and then, after nearly hitting two of the officers… he proceeded to drive… over a parked Erie Police cruiser…. how did he do that? Fortunately, we have video…
