TGIF. No, Really.

TGIF

Yes, we’re (still) in the middle(?) of a pandemic (and an election)…but (apparently) you (still) just can’t “shelter” stupid… look at what has (still) happened to these guys and gals…

In Chaska, Minnesota, somewhere along the line, apparently someone decided to release a pet goldfish into Big Woods Lake here… well, guess what’s been happening during the pandemic…

In Polk County, Wisconsin, an unnamed individual… lacking the proper equipment to haul his snowmobile… did this…

In Dallas, Texas, an unnamed woman apparently was desperate to ride in the first class section for a trip to Miami… but this is not the way to do so…

In Bower Hill, Epping, UK, we now have an answer to how many men can fit in a tumble dryer… and a somewhat more complicated answer about how long it takes to get them out once they’ve managed to get in…

In Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, an unnamed woman was attempting to “dine and dash”… but she chose a rather extreme way to do so… not that it was particularly effective… and yes, we have video…

In Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, UK, Graham Nelson, 40, had been arrested for driving under the influence… in court he claimed that he had only gotten behind the wheel because his partner Holly Carpenter, 31, had begged him for help… and died just days after his arrest… touched by his story, the court let him off… and let him keep his license… well, until this happened…

And finally, in Wilsonville, Oregon, Anthony Gates, 28, stole a minivan… headed northbound on Interstate 5… but then lost control of the van and crashed into a guard rail… but then a good Samaritan driving a Chevy pickup saw the crash… pulled over and got out to help… called 911… and while the good Samaritan was doing so, Anthony hopped into his truck and sped off… but before too long Anthony once again lost control of the vehicle… rolled down an embankment… at which point the truck crashed into a blue exit/food sign… which totaled the truck… Anthony made off on foot… and headed to a nearby retirement home… where residents called 911… and then Anthony fled (again)… this time on foot… Anthony was eventually apprehended… and, as you might expect, he does look a little worse for “wear”…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
