TGIF. No, Really.

Well, here we are again—and yes, you (apparently still) can’t “shelter” stupid… just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

Some Odds & Ends

What could be dumber than a gender reveal event… a dangerous gender reveal event, of course…

In St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, Hurricane Ida left an incredible path of destruction in its wake… and a real oddity in a tree… and yes, we have video…

In Altoona, Pennsylvania, an unnamed woman drove a little too close to the edge of a parking tower… went over the edge and… yes, we have pictures…

Lost and… found?

In Chicago, Illinois, there’s a strange new thing happening… and an even stranger new Facebook group trying to run it to ground…

And now for the main “events”:

In Oahu, Hawaii, Chloe Mrozak, 24, recently found herself in trouble at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport here for presenting a fake ID… well, kind of…

In Knoxville, Tennessee, Michael James Ward, 47, for reasons as yet unknown, set upon an unidentified woman with kidnapping on his mind… she happened to be walking her dog at the time… and was able to thwart the attempt with the assistance of her canine charge… but not in the way you might expect…

In Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, Tomoharu Nakamura, 41, a wanna-be robber, walked into a local convenience store here… and, drawing his weapon, pointed it at the manager, saying: “Out with the money or I’ll light you up!”… apparently he meant it… literally…

In Fairfield, Connecticut, William Johnson, 42, strolled into a Key Bank here, demanded money, got it, and then drove away… as many people are these days, he was masked… however…

And finally, in Clearwater, Florida, Taylor Beverly, 22, looking to “show off”… ran through a red light… allegedly made eye contact with local law enforcement… and then sped away… “drove well over 100 mph” and began to weave in and out of traffic and run multiple red lights… but you’ll never guess why… and for whom… he was trying to show off…

Have a GREAT Labor Day weekend, folks! We’ll be off on Monday (as will you, no doubt)—but see you back here on Tuesday… Summit is less than 2 weeks away!
