TGIF. No, Really.

Well, here we are again—and yes, you (apparently still) can’t “shelter” stupid… just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

First, some “Odds & Ends”

A “smart” rosary?

Out of sight…

Some thing(s) to get you in the Halloween “spirit”...

We’ve got good news… and not-so-good news…

And now for the main “events”:

In Madison County, Florida, Eward William Rodriguez entered a Waffle House here about 8 p.m. (along with a small dog)… He then began shouting, “Get on the ground, y’all are getting robbed”… informing those in the restaurant that he was “high and drunk”… Now, it appears that Eward did abscond with some goods… but a surprising “take”… although perhaps understandable considering the weapon he brandished…

In Troy, Michigan, police were summoned about 1 a.m. recently to the Mon Jin Lau restaurant when an unnamed couple (a 25-year-old woman and 26-year-old man) refused to quit smoking inside… and when confronted on the subject, first shoved, and then struck a security guard in the face… with a can of Red Bull… before she bit a different security employee on the forearm, breaking his skin… and then things got weird… and that was after the sobriety tests…

In Indian River County, Florida Jordan Thomas, 26, was scheduled to be arraigned on a misdemeanor charge stemming from an alleged battery on Shanterria Rolle, 23… when, well, you might say that he violated the “letter” of the law…

In Madhya Pradesh, India, Trilochan Singh Gaur returned home after a 14-day trip… only to find out that his home had been burgled… with some $400 in cash and some jewelry items missing… and something else that added insult to injury…

In Dorking, Surrey, UK, David Knight was baffled when he received a fine for driving in a bus lane… in Bath… which turns out to be about 120 miles away from his home… So much for the accuracy of those traffic video cameras…

And finally, in Thackerville, Oklahoma, a car hauler tractor trailer got stuck on the railroad tracks…  minutes before Amtrak Train 822 (which operates daily between Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma City)… was scheduled to pass through. And yes, we have video…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
