TGIF. No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again—and yes, you (apparently still) can’t “shelter” stupid… just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

First, some “Odds & Ends”

Thomas Edison’s Weird Job Interview Trick Is Actually Backed by Modern Science

There’s no surer way to date yourself than to… what?

The 10 most unusual items confiscated by TSA in 2021.

Well, it’s Australia, after all…

In Ribeirão das Neves, Brazil, a Chevy Chevette “meets” a Chevy Camaro (convertible)… but not the way you think…and without the result you might expect once you see the way they “met”… and yes, we have video…

In Chongqing, China, an unnamed driver discovered an unexpected strategy for “landing” a hard-to-find parking place… and yes, we have video…

And now for the main “events”:

In North Wales, Pennsylvania, Jacob McFarland, 29, walked into the Adult World emporium here… and walked out with an assortment of… well, what you might expect from an establishment called the Adult World emporium… Let’s just say it was about $250 worth… That said, it didn’t take long for law enforcement to find him… and not much longer for him to be identified as the thief…

In Clearwater, Florida, Sarah Franks, 29, and Kaitlin O’Donovan, 27, arrived early yesterday morning at the home of one Jacob Colon… and then, for reasons undisclosed, began arguing with him while he was standing on his fenced balcony… Well, one thing led to another, and next thing you know, Sarah and Kaitlin are facing a felony burglary charge… But you won’t believe their “weapon” of choice… and they don’t seem to be sorry…

In Boscobel, Wisconsin, around 1:30 a.m. one recent Sunday, law enforcement had been summoned to investigate reports of a vehicle that had crashed into a utility pole here… in the process of processing an OWI arrest… A passenger in the car called for a ride home… to his wife Sara Stowell, 40… but guess what happened next?

And finally, in Los Angeles, California, police officers Louis Lozano and Eric Mitchell were fired for “willfully abdicating their duty to assist a commanding officer’s response to a robbery in progress”… So what were they doing instead?

Have a GREAT weekend, folks—a three-day weekend for us (and likely most of you)—so we’ll see you back here on Tuesday!
