And finally, in Centerton, Arkansas, an unnamed person was riding a go-cart here… stopped at an intersection… at which point the go-cart stalled… and, after a bit, the driver attempted to restart his “vehicle”… and finally managed to do so… and then found out that getting it restarted was one thing… stopping it quite another…
