TGIF. No, Really.

Well, here we are again at the end of another work week—and just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

First, some “Odds & Ends”

Can bad karaoke get you arrested? In some places, apparently…

A new “hump day” treat?

Apparently this is now a thing (perhaps it has been for a while)…

Better late than… or not. One more reason to not like the Patriots…

In Middletown, Pennsylvania, the local fire department was summoned to the site of a vehicle that had been abandoned… in an unusual predicament…

And now for the main “events”:

In Tampa, Florida, Rochelle Wright, 42, and a male acquaintance (not sure their relationship, though it has apparently lasted 20 years) were “involved in a verbal argument and were intoxicated”… whereupon Rochelle “became angry at the victim”… and, being “tired of his behavior and their arguing”… resorted to… this…

In Hollsopple, Pennsylvania, Kristy Malzi, 47, is facing charges related to reckless burning, terroristic threats and simple assault… related to a confrontation with a man with whom she had a previous relationship… What’s odd is the “methodology” she used to set all that in motion…

In Pinellas, Florida, an unnamed 32-year-old Tampa man had been arrested just after 7 a.m. one recent Sunday… following his rear-ending another vehicle… at a time when he “showed signs of impairment and did poorly on sobriety tests”… though he claimed to have been “at a concert the night before and was tired”… Well, having posted bail, he was released… only to extend his crime spree… but perhaps a little too close to the jail…

In Belle Isle, Michigan, two unnamed women were pulled over by Michigan Department of Natural Resources Conservation Officer David Schaumburger… pulled over when one of the women was observed by Officer Schaumburger doing… what?

And finally, it’s been said that “ignorance of the law is no excuse,” which seems to be the case in St. Petersburg, Florida for one Enzo Zabala-Cardozo, 31, who “advised” the officers who caught him in an alley with a glass pipe at his lips… attempting to light up… but his notion of the law appears to be… inaccurate…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
