TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys… In Fairview Park, Ohio, Brad J. Flynn, 41, drew the attention of law enforcement officials after driving over six tree lawns (strips of grass between sidewalk and curb)… and shearing a fire hydrant at its base… clearly alcohol was involved (did I mention the part where, at the point where his SUV stopped, wine bottles were strewn around?)… but what was really weird was how Brad was dressed for the “occasion”… Somewhere over the Pacific Ocean, Hyongtae Pae, 72, decided he didn’t want to be stuck in his airplane seat during the meal service during a flight from Hawaii to Japan… so he went to the back of the plane… to do yoga and meditate… you can imagine how well received that was by the flight crew… but his behavior in response to their response to his behavior… well, let’s just say it may be a while before he gets home… In Hartford, Connecticut, an unnamed woman had ordered a small pizza with half cheese and half bacon from Empire Pizza here… however, what was delivered was a pizza pie with half hamburger… Empire said they wouldn’t give her her money back… so, guess what she did? In St. Albans, Vermont, Fernando Estrella, 41, was pulled over by a Vermont state trooper for running a stop sign shortly before 1:00 a.m.… during the stop, a K-9 officer hit on a scent on the passenger side door of Fernando’s Chrysler minivan, but no drugs were initially found… but that wasn’t the end of the search… or the find… You have perhaps seen the Jimmy John’s slogan about how they deliver “freaky fast”… well, in San Marco, Florida, an unnamed delivery driver took that to a whole new level… And finally, in Phoenix, Arizona, Johnathan Scott Mcrae, 23, was forcefully removed from the Arizona House of Representatives when he refused to leave after being asked four times to do so because he was yelling and causing a disturbance in the gallery… he was later charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing in the third degree, both misdemeanors, and aggravated assault on an officer, a felony. But you’ll never guess what resulted in the latter charge… Have a great weekend, folks! Be careful out there – it is April Fool’s, after all!
