TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys (and gals)… In Verona, Wisconsin, an unnamed 25-year-old crashed into a tree here around 2:30 am, and was later cited for drunken and inattentive driving… about 6:30 am in the same town, a different (but still unnamed) 26-year-old also drove his car into a tree here… the car caught fire but the man was able to escape… and he was also cited for drunken driving, not having insurance and driving left of center… what else did these two inattentive and inebriated drivers have in common? In Cambridge, UK, Dozy Connor Lloyd, 20, went on an “extremely dangerous” city race with police here… who clocked him driving “like a maniac” in his Honda Civic hatchback… at speeds in excess of 100 mph… just after midnight earlier this year…. Dozy drove through a string of red lights, went the wrong way around roundabouts, drove on the wrong side of the road and almost hit another car head-on… after a 5 mile chase, police called off their pursuit in the interests of public safety… and then Dozy did this… In Posavina, Bosnia-Herzegovina, a public service announcement about places where you shouldn’t go searching for Pokemon… In Groton, Connecticut, Arnulfo Hiciano, 33, driving a 2012 Nissan Maxima, and Giovanni Carmona, 31, driving a 2014 Dodge Ram, drew the attention of law enforcement by weaving in and out of traffic on I-95 North here… a move they are now regretting… And finally, in Chongqing, China, an unnamed man found himself in a difficult position… his girlfriend’s parents were skeptical of his claim to be the local police chief… so, to remove that doubt once and for all, he took his girlfriend for a visit to his office… well, perhaps needless to say, his fraudulent employment scheme was quickly uncovered… but what he likely didn’t foresee is what else would be brought to light… Have a great weekend, folks!
