Happy Holidays to You!

The staff at NAPA Net will be taking a well-deserved break from our “Daily” grind Dec. 24-25 to celebrate the holidays. Since our launch on Oct. 1, we have tried to deliver relevant and important news and practical tips to help plan advisors build, grow and manage their retirement practice. Knowing how busy you are, we cull the Internet for what we think is important so you can spend more time with clients, staff and family. We have also recruited industry experts whom we call “Conductors” to keep advisors plugged in and up to date on trends and developments that affect our industry.

We hope that you accept this “present” of NAPA Net and the Daily in the spirit in which it is given — to help you help your clients, connect with other advisors and continue to improve our thriving retirement system, which depends on knowledgeable and dedicated advisors and industry professionals like you.

Here’s our Christmas List:

• Readers who contribute content to NAPA Net — whether as a “Conductor” with bi-weekly posts or just with periodic articles or links to articles/websites you find interesting.
• Tell us about yourself, your clients and especially your success stories. We want to write more about people and less about data.
• Comment on articles you find interesting or with which you disagree — and join our LinkedIn group to connect with colleagues and peers.
• Let us know what else we can do to help you. What’s missing from NAPA Net?

Finally, it’s been said that there are only blessings and blessings in disguise. As heartbreaking as they are, here’s hoping that the recent events in Connecticut may be a blessing in disguise — one that helps us all appreciate what we have and inspire us not only to create a better and safer environment for our children, but to be better stewards of the world they will inherit from us.

Here’s hoping you and yours have a safe and happy holiday.
